All sale or promo items are final sale. 

Accessories are final sale. 

All vintage is final sale. Mind you, these are previously loved. May have small stains and some distress.

Bodysuits are final sale, due to the nature of the product (for hygienic and sanitary reasons). 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that! We do not offer return for refund, but offer return for store credit (non-applicable to above items). Please initiate exchange of the item(s) back to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt (delivery). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Items should be sent back in original condition. Kindly consider that this means the item(s) should have all tags attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. Items are subject to inspection for wear and tear. If approved for return, we will issue a full credit on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. If there are not any items in our shop that you currently want, the credit will remain open until you place an order for a new item. 

Please note: Frances Day. is not responsible for return shipping charges. We are also not responsible for charges to return a package back to customer if a returned item shows wear & tear. We encourage you to get return tracking for all exchanges, so that you can track when it arrives to FD (and insurance if the item is of higher value). 

If an item is defective, then we will allow for return and refund. Please contact us if this is your case. 



SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping rates that are direct from the carrier - what you see as your options are based on the weight of your order. Orders over $100 do qualify for free shipping in the U.S. 

Orders are typically shipped out within 72 business hours, excluding weekends. The days for shipping are Monday - Friday.

Shipping transit time is dependent on USPS and UPS, we do not have any control of this time frame. 

If you are in urgent need of an order, please email us prior so that we can arrange getting it to you sooner and extend a NDA shipping rate to you. 

We double check every order to match the packing slip, and make sure the weight of the package matches the weight on the packing slip with our in-office scale. USPS or the shipping company used also double checks the weight of the package to match the amount the weight the label scans at. 

* Please note, once an order is in the hands of the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for it. Please contact shipping company for lost or tampered packages. Filing a claim may be necessary.
